Dr. Yvette Rivera graduated from the University of California, Irvine, with a BS in Biological Sciences. After completing her studies at Irvine, Dr. Rivera's desire to live on the east coast lead her to Pennsylvania. There, she earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Temple University School of Dentistry. Dr. Rivera moved back to California and completed a General Practice Residency at Charles Drew Medical Center. She received advanced clinical training on complex restorative and oral surgery cases which further expanded her skillset. Dr. Rivera was awarded merits for excellence in oral surgery.
Dr. Rivera has always made the care and concern of her patients her top priority. She strives to know each of her patients personally and ensures they fully understand their treatment before it begins. Dr. Rivera regularly attends multiple lectures and seminars so that she may remain abreast of the latest technologies and procedures. Dr. Rivera is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association and Tri-County Dental Society.
During her spare time, Dr. Rivera enjoys going to the beach with her husband and dogs, traveling and finding fun, new places to eat.
